I brought my father's old Seiko in for a diagnostic after it started gaining several minutes a day. The report was thorough and clear — they identified a magnetization issue and recommended demagnetization along with a basic service. No pressure to do more than needed. The watch has been keeping steady time since.

My Omega got caught in a downpour during a motorbike ride. Condensation appeared under the crystal within hours. Vernier Haunt got the movement out quickly and managed to save the dial. Turnaround took about eight days. Only reason for four stars — I wish they had a drop-off location in Đà Nẵng, as shipping made me nervous.

I have a 1960s Longines that I inherited from my grandfather. Finding someone who understands conservation rather than just polishing everything up was a relief. The team took genuine interest in the piece's history. The conservation report and photographs they provided were museum-quality.

Brought in a Tag Heuer that stopped winding. They diagnosed a worn click spring in the automatic module — something two other shops had missed. Appreciated the honesty about what it would cost and the option to review the report before deciding.

Good experience overall. My Grand Seiko needed a crown tube replacement and they sourced the correct part, which I understand takes time. The work itself was excellent. Four stars because the waiting period was longer than originally estimated, though they did keep me updated about the delay.

I was looking for someone to handle a water-damaged dress watch — a gift from my wife. The team treated it with genuine care. The dial had some moisture marks that could not be fully removed, and they were upfront about that from the beginning rather than making promises. Respect for that honesty.

A 1950s Jaeger-LeCoultre Memovox
Challenge
The alarm function had stopped working, and the owner — a second-generation collector — was concerned about losing originality through repair. The bumper automatic winding mechanism was sluggish, and the crystal showed heavy wear.
Solution
We serviced the alarm mechanism using period-appropriate techniques, replaced the mainspring with a compatible specification, and sourced a sympathetic crystal replacement. The bumper mechanism was cleaned and relubricated without modification.
Outcome
Alarm function fully restored. Timekeeping within acceptable vintage tolerances. Original character preserved. The owner received a complete conservation report with before-and-after documentation. Project duration: six weeks.
"They understood that I did not want a watch that looks new — I wanted one that works as it once did." — Owner
Rolex Submariner — Pool Accident
Challenge
The crown was accidentally left unscrewed before the owner went swimming. By the time moisture was noticed inside the crystal, roughly four hours had passed. Visible condensation throughout.
Solution
Same-day intake. Movement extracted within two hours and placed in controlled drying. Full ultrasonic cleaning of all components, gasket renewal throughout, and lubrication replacement. The dial showed minor spotting that was treated successfully.
Outcome
Movement fully operational with timing within COSC standards. No lasting corrosion detected. Water resistance tested and confirmed. Completed in seven business days, well within the critical window for moisture damage recovery.
"I thought the watch was ruined. The speed and professionalism surprised me." — Owner
Family Heirloom — Orient Bambino
Challenge
An Orient Bambino, worn daily by the client's late father for over twenty years, had stopped running. The client wanted the watch functional again but was anxious about losing the patina and scratches that carried sentimental value.
Solution
We performed a careful diagnostic, finding a broken balance staff. After a detailed conversation about the client's wishes, we serviced the movement while intentionally preserving the case's natural wear. No polishing, no dial refinishing.
Outcome
Watch returned to reliable daily use while retaining every mark of its history. The client wears it regularly. Completed in ten days with a written report documenting the approach and all work performed.
"They treated this ₫2 million watch with the same respect as a Rolex. That tells you everything." — Owner
